Designer of print and web. Podcaster, Blogger, internet nerd and crazy cat lady.
I’ve made it through the first month of the year and in spite of the fledgling economy, have managed to stay pretty busy. I have a lot of ideas in the pipeline, and am always interested in suggestions and feedback, so if there is something you’d like me write about – let me know! You can email me, comment on this post or @ message me on twitter.
As mentioned in my 2008 Wrap up, I have arranged some interviews for the CMD+Shift Design Blog and you can expect to see those in upcoming posts. My first interview is with Kristine Johnson of Cognition Studio, a Seattle-based design firm that specializes in design and illustration for the Medical Industries. Kristine’s interview goes over her life/work balance, thoughts on the future of print design as well as a video tour of her home office space!
Upcoming interviews also with Michelle Goodman — writer, blogger, and freelance extraordinaire of the Anti 9to5 Guide and Niki Brown, web and print designer (part time freelancer), and blogger from Boston.
