Whenever I get the urge/need to send a "bad cop" email/call I usually try and sleep on it and write it in the morning. Helps to not get caught up in the moment, I think, and approach in the morning with a clearer mind. I mostly play good cop, but my clients are all pretty good, so I don't run into the issue much. Good post.
